We handle all
the payroll and billing associated with temporary/contract employees and we do
the invoicing, credit checks and collections for permanent placements.
You would sign up the temp and send the appropriate paperwork to the StaffingUSA office. We have a section of a private Affiliate Intranet that will have
all the necessary forms that have to be completed. Once the paperwork is submitted, StaffingUSA handles the rest.
The
temp sends a time sheet each week to the StaffingUSA headquarters via fax.
We pay all applicable federal and state taxes for each temp and send a check
or direct deposit verification to your temps on Wednesdays.
StaffingUSA
pays the Worker's Comp insurance.
An invoice is sent to the company with StaffingUSA's name on it. We track your client's payments
and we will make collection calls on your behalf as necessary.
We send out
all the necessary W-2's and 1099's at the end of the year.
We track the your commissions with a special software program and commission checks
are issued weekly. The first commission check for any temp contractor will come
three weeks after the start date.
Permanent
placements billing is initiated by the Affiliate who fills out pertinent placement
information on a form located on the private Intranet site.
StaffingUSA is the employer of record for all contract/temp workers. You can tell your temps that StaffingUSA will be paying their taxes and issuing their paychecks to them and that the company offers Direct Deposit, pays weekly, and has health insurance available at reduced rates with 25% paid by the company. It is acceptable to use only the client's time sheet if the client insists on it, as long as the company gets a copy each week.
