Candidate Database& Sourcing System: As an Affiliate you will receive your own private password to our web based candidate search and applicant tracking system. The company receives thousands of fresh candidate resumes each week from a technologically advanced, automated searching tool we call TargetSearch™. This tool searches dozens of job boards, password protected and 350 other resume banks. The resumes are from both active and passive candidates and are instantly parsed into the database for easy keyword searching. We use dozens of sources to make sure we have adequately sourced for all staffing disciplines/specialties and even use some sources that cater to the temp/contract industry. <More>
