Perm Placement Commissions

Commission Pct.

Current (New) Placement Fee

Cum Fees To Date

83%  $20,000 + $75,000 +
83%  $14,000 - $20,000  $50,000 - $75,000
83%  $10,000 - $14,000 $25,000 - $50,000
83%  under $10,000 under $25,000

            Note

Each new (current) perm placement is paid according to either of two factors - the specific placement fee for the current placement or the cumulative fees billed - whichever is highest for the Affiliate. For example, a placement with a fee of $16,000 falls in the 85% bracket for current fees and if the Affiliate already had $30,000 cumulative fees he/she would now have $46,000 and fall in the 80% bracket for Fees to Date, so the Affiliate would be paid the 85% because it’s higher. Likewise, a $10,000 current fee falls in the 80% category but if the Affiliate has billed $60,000 in fees to date, which falls in the 85% category, the Affiliate would receive the 85% of the current fee because it’s higher than the 80%. Once an Affiliate reaches the $75,000 mark, no matter how long it takes, the Affiliate receives 90% on every placement for as long as he/she is an Affiliate.

Contract Commissions

Note: Gross Profit is defined as the difference between the bill rate and the pay rate (with an 18% burden for taxes and insurance added to the pay rate). Must have 4 consecutive weeks at the new level to earn the new pct. Once you’re at the 60% level you stay there, even if you fall below that level at any time in the future.
